Election Infographics: The top 1% of visualizations (and the bottom 47%)
I’ll end with the fun stuff, with two interactive pieces that happen to be my two favorites of this cycle. First, the Wall Street Journal’s Political Moneyball by Andrew Garcia Phillips and Sarah Slobin, an interactive portrait of money in politics. Ever wonder how much money the NRA spends on campaign ads? Political Moneyball can tell you that, and so much more.
And finally, what better way to show the state of the race than with balloons? The Guardian and RealClearPolitics joined forces to create by far the best infographic of the season. Have fun with these, and don’t forget to VOTE!
